At least a 10 GB Hard Drive (7200 RPM EIDE is a plus)
128 MB RAM
50 GB of Bandwidth
No Setup Fees please
Plesk or CPanel
Pre Installed: PHP, MySQL
$200.00 a month?

I have looked at http://www.pwebtech.com but their sales still did not reply to my email yet.

Venturesonline comes close to that with their server #1 plan but you only get 25 gigs of bandwidth. I'm sure jason from pwebtech would be happy to throw something like that for you as well as burstnet.

Synergy, most of hosting companies ask for setup fee because it cost them money to setup your server! you are asking for a Dedicated Server, not a hosting package!

however, if you pay them in advance they will consider waiving the setup fee!

Bah ill postpone the server till later on. I need to save up for a pre payment of 6 months :(.

Synergy, you said you need Plesk or Cpanel. I am just wonderring since they can be very different in price. You see, with CPanel, you may have to pay $99-$199/mo extra just to get it (exception: Site5, BurstNet, and all hosts inside VDI which can do it for around $25-$35/mo). With Plesk, it can be free (one domain license), $299 (for 10 licenses) or $599 (unlimited license) one time fee (just buy it).

Now, I wonder when you say you need CPanel/Plesk, do you need it only for your domain (to ease up the adminitration) or do you also need them to administer more than one domains? If you only need it for you domain, then most host can offer the dedicated server in your price range easily (since for one domain, plesk is free). If you do need CPanel for more than one domain, then I don't see how this hosts can do it for less than $200 since CPanel itself costs additional money, monthly!

Will you please clarify this a bit?

yes, i buy it just no at $550 a license. So, but that is besides the point grasshopper, but to learn you must give in to a higher power. The power of the all mighty dollar. :)
