Hello everyone

I have recd lots and lots of junk mails from this site jumpguru.com today . atleast 6 of them, they are searching mail addresses from whois records where my name is possibly there on some tech/bill/ or admin contact.

This site is hosted by verio, when i did a traceroute.

Please let me know where do i report for this spam and what is probability that they will shut the site down .
I even warned them not to send further, even after that i recd 2 mails.

Please help. I am sure many of the senior members here have experience with these type of issues.

A quick check on SpamCop says that the address to report abuse from jumpguru.com is abuse@verio.net.

Never email a SPAMMER back and ask them to stop. They don't read the email, it'll only go into a program that says someone replied from that address, so it's definitely good and add you to more SPAM lists. Also, always email both "abuse" and "postmaster" contacts at the server's that are hosting the SPAMMER's dialup/DSL/Cable line, as well as the provider hosting their site. I have had countless SPAMMER's site's pulled, but SPAM is always going to be the biggest thing on the WWW, so don't stress about it too much. Use procmail or something to filter and block SPAM emails and you'll have a lot less, or no further SPAM's to deal with.
