Okay, my friend and I are starting a travel company. We will be doing ski/board trips to Colorado, and Europe tours in the summer.

We need a name...so far we have been using K&M Travel(our first names...Kevin and Malcolm), but that just sounds horrible to me.

It needs to be something trendy and "cool" sounding. Our clientelle consists of our peers...college students.

A name I consider to be "trendy and cool" is "Invasion". This is the name of a similar travel company, although on a much larger scale(3,000 persons in one trip) that does ski trips and spring break trips.

Please, I have asked webhosting talk for slogans and such before, and have gotten some AWESOME responses/ideas. Hopefully the creative people are still here, as I havent been on WHT in quite some time.

Thank you in advance,

-Nocturnix

Sudden Death Travel Group
2 College Guys Travel

How about something really "hip" and "cool" like spelling things wrong?
Xtreme Travel
Xciting Adventures
n-finity travel

i was thinking travelon...but of course one that good is taken.

then i was thinking travelsick..."sick" being a trendy word for good, or awesome.

but travelsick is the name of a television show on the travel channel or something.

what bout toursick? or sicktours, or sicktravel, or something? do any of those sound good?

heh from a european point sicktravel isnt to appealing. how about drugrunstoamsterdam.com ;) should attract your teenagers.
try play on the college aspect, gradtours.com or similar.

yeah i dont think the Sick word works because it just kinda makes you think about being sick lol. I mean im a teen and when i first read that i thought you were joking saying you get sick then i reazlied you ment sick like as the expression...so as a teen i say that one wont stand out. Daniel Snyder, owner of Snyder Communications, the Washington Redskins and the late King Hussein and Queen Noor's former Potomac, MD residence (aka US palace/compound) started his career marketing these types of packages.

...and he was in college when he did it.

The best of luck!

epitomized - yes, this is where I plan to start...just a way for me to learn running a business first hand, and maybe earn a little extra spending money. I plan to get into much bigger and better things eventually, but I figured I have to start somewhere right?

anyways, the "sick" idea would apply more to serious boarders, as they would all know the term and respect it. But I suppose it should be more of a broad name considering we plan to eventually do tours to europe. My partner wants to eventually do surf tours and possibly turn it into a serious business. I dont know how to surf, and dont consider this business my lifes dream. In fact I may not even like it, we will soon find out though. The idea of 30 people completely under my care for 3 days, or 2 weeks for the europe trip makes me very nervous.

Either way, we need a catchy name...and so far nothing has really grabbed my attention.

Thanks,
-nocturnix
