I'm currently using authorizenet adc direct connect that is processed in the
background from a ssl page on my server via ssleay/openssl.
I've been with authorizenet since '98 and have never been comfortable that my web developer who has no experience or specific familiarity with their platforms and developer notes was pressed into service to link it all up and
make it work.
I am not confident that I am configured optimally and i face struggle, difficulty, and lost sales whenever their is an upgrade required.
They offer no development support or programming from their end.
In fact when approached on the issue one of their techs gave me the number of some guy he knew that was an ex-employee who he claimed could help and as it turned out he wouldnt return a call.

Where can I get a tier one processor who can offer turnkey support if I switch both my sites to their service?
