I'm a web/graphics designer and developer. I'm relatively confident in my ability to create above average templates that appeal to the hosting biz.

What is the demand like for templates? How much does a good template go for around here?

Depends on how good they are, seen good for $25.00 all the way up from there.

Probably put a portfolio up and check other templates that have been posted on here and compare to yours.
