I've recently requested a domain transfer from registerfly.com, which is one of eNom's resellers... to stargateinc.com

I requested this from stargateinc 5 business days ago, and today i got an email from them declining my request "due to a non-acknowledgement from your current registrar."

I think stargateinc was trying to contact eNom since many WHT frequent-ers complained of no response from eNom.

I've sent registerfly an email and it'll probably take them a whole day to respond.

any suggestions?
I want to move my domain to stargate ASAP

That's weird. Most registrars will transfer client domains after 7 days if the previous registrar doesn't respond (they're allowed to). And most registrars don't respond, they just let the 7 days go by. I'd question stargateinc.com about this, or maybe look into choosing another registrar.

There is a field in the ENOM's interface called:
"Do not allow this name to be transferred to another registrar (recommended)".
Actially I don't know whether you have access to this field in the registerfly's management site - uncheck it if possible...
