Hello,
When did you email us your ip update request? We take care of all update requests every day. We will also be updating the feature so that you can update your ip addresses yourself in the next few days. Email me at rick@namecheap.com and I will double check and make sure that your request has in fact been taken care of.
Best,
Richard Kirkendall

NameCheap just yesterday launched a new service allowing our customers to change IP addresses on current nameservers online and look up the registration for nameservers online. There is no longer any need to e-mail us to change a nameserver IP address. I believe we are the first eNom user to provide this capability (if anyone knows different, please feel free to correct me).
z3roon3, to register a domain as a nameserver:
1) Login to your account.
2) Click on "Modify Domains".
3) Click "edit" on the domain you want to register as a nameserver.
4) Click on "Register As A Nameserver".
5) Enter the IP address for NS1.yourdomain.com and press enter.
6) Upon a successful registration, you can change select menu that says "1" to a "2" and enter the IP address for NS2.yourdomain.com.
The "ns" can be changed to a "dns" and the "1" can be changed to any number up to "10" on the form.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to post them here or e-mail support@namecheap.com. I'm glad to hear from a satisified customer. Thank you.
