How can i get my roomate to believe me??

He thinks co-location is when you put servers in a bunch of different NOC rooms so if one goes down it uses the other ones. Can somebody give me something so he f*cking understands what it really is? He thinks i'm wrong and i know it is just when you send the NOC your own server. HELP!!
