You would want to email the moderators here at the link provided at the bottom of the page to find out why that particular url is banned.

I reported it. I hope I'm not causing any trouble, as this is not my intent. The banned site is actually my favourite one on the list I provided.

more than likely they were *'d for spamming....

but i haven't heard much about any other hosts on that list (havne't even seen a couple ever mentioned)
