Are you the victim of ANOTHER failed Web Host?

Over the years we've helped dozens of individuals and companies who have been betrayed by their former web host. We can help you too.

We have an outstanding record of customer service, including getting new accounts setup and on the web quickly and seemlessly. If your in a hurry and looking for a new host for your web site, we could be the host your looking for.

Before we started our Web Hosting business - we used to rely on other providers to host our sites. So, we know what it is like to deal with server downtime, unanswered support requests, over-charges, broken promises, etc. We've felt the anquish and pain - we've dealt with losuy support. We've been there, done that.

We learned a lot from our experiences. Now we over-deliver so that our customers don't feel the pain of a Web Host gone bad. We give our customers friendly, personal service and fast, reliable servers.

Chances are, your IP address is from a Netblock that we do not permit access to our site. Unfortunately, we have such a large number of fraudulent orders coming from certain networks and countries in the world that we have to protect ourselves. So, we do not permit access to our site from these areas.

Thanks - Brian

so by blocking / banning certain Netblocks not only are you keeping those fraudulent orders out, but potential clients as well...wise decision :D

True, but its a calculated risk. Here's just one example:

If you were to ask me, how many legitamate orders we've ever recieved from Indonesia - I'd reply probably 30-40.

How many were real, ie. not fraudulent? 0

Amazingly, we get the most expensive orders from them too. $800 dedicated servers mostly. You won't believe some of the conversations I've had with the _real_ card holders. Most of them don't even know what a web server is. Then, their shocked to find out they just bought one at $800/month...

Frankly, we'd rather focus our time on real orders not theives. I know that some legitimate orders will slip through the cracks. But, its the best trade-off in the long run.

Take care,

Brian
