I'm sure we've all heard a lot about BurstNET

I was reading up on them on WHT and someone said this about them

"Finally, one thing that really annoyed me was the fact that they seemed to respond faster to complaints against them than to clients that needed help. I remember only about an hour after I posted a message on the freewebspace.net board about their support, Sean responded to me and tried to give me an explaination, while support inquiries were never responded to that quickly."

I'd say the following about any host here...

The only thing I'd say is that, Sean may have been cruising the boards at the time, and I know he isn't the only one who handles support emails, so...

Actually I don't personally answer any support dept inquiries. I do handle some of the basic sysadmin emails...but primarily my job is to post to the forums, bring in new business, order hardware/sotfware, and deal with internal issues. I rarely actually come in contact with clients via phone or support email, though the support staff may be just passing along information they got from me.
Chances are that if you post something about BurstNET, I'll see it pretty quickly, cause that is my job...what I get paid to do. And chances are that I'll respond faster cause I only have a few responses to make per day, while our support dept has to deal with hundreds of emails per day.

I am with BurstNET and I am very happy...
My support person is SEAN and I get the answer to my question quickly and till now my server has not got a downtime...
I recommend them

Burst is VERY good... pricing can't be beat. Support is good. If INSTANT support is worth hundreds more elsewhere then that's great. But Burst has a VERY fast connection.... all customers remark how fast it is... and I only have special 4.

I did a little cleaning of the thread (about the red name), and one of the members was correct, you searched for their name, and it's making your search term red. /tangent
