Thanks for your order. Yes, the H-Sphere Reseller Series is coming soon. It just takes a bit longer with H-Sphere since it is a much more comprehensive control panel. For example, the EndUser Series you just ordered is 30 tutorials, whereas cPanel sets are only 10 tutorials.

Regarding the other themes, we started with the Left Menu since it is the most commonly used. But as time goes on, the other themes will in fact be available.

Lately I have been receiving requests for tutorials for the new cPanel themes xskin and vertex. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how long they've been out? Will they be popular? Any insight on these new themes would be greatly appreciated...

We are using Xskin for all of our customers. We'd be very interested in seeing some tutorials for that CPanel skin. :-)

We tried Vertex, but there are too many problems for it, and no one seems to be maintaining it. So, we dropped it in favor of Xskin.

(We use SimpleCP for WHM, but are considering switching to Xskin for WHM as well...)

Actually, all the screen captures for both xskin and vertex have already been taken, and I figure the completed tutorial sets will be complete within a few days. If you're subscribed to this thread, you''l know when they're released because I'll announce it here.

Also, I noticed in your post you referred to an xskin for WHM. Wow, I went and looked in my WHM and I see I now have it as an option as well. Very nice looking. Will have to add that to the list for WHM...

Actually, we just finalized a partnership agreement with Ensim Corporation last week. We are starting to develop the Ensim tutorial series this week. We will have them at Appliance Admin level and at Site Admin level. They should be complete sometime late next week.

Command Matrix is on the list, but likely won't be done for a month or so.

Great product. Great price. Customized at no additional cost. This purchase was a no-brainer for our hosting company.

We offer Live Support and the top three questions we normally get asked are:
1. How do I upload my files using FTP?
2. Can you tell me how to create additional email accounts?
3. Can I configure Outlook/Outlook Express to read my mail?

Since we installed these tutorials about a week ago, we have not been asked any of these questions... If only Vito could make all of those Frontpage questions disappear...

At this point, all the tutorials are primarily geared towards Linux hosting. When they are complete, there will be a change in focus to cover Windows as well..

Well, yes and no. It does appear in the bottom left corner of the last frame of each tutorial for 4 seconds. However, you may choose the $20.00 add-on option to have it removed. Note that this is not "per tutorial set". It is a one time charge per "entire order". For example, if you order 4 different tutorial sets in the same order, it's only $20 charged once.
