From what file does the default index page that is created when you setup a domain or sub come from?

I hade asked this Question In A Thread Earlier !
& Was Told By Chicke that it is in :-
/etc/skel/group/en_US/web/index.html

I had A Look & It Is That Very Page !
However I Did Not Manage To Get Some Time To Re Design The Page & Replace By One Designed By Me !
