dektong 04-09-2001, 05:09 PM ECUI was on my list for quite a while. In fact, there was a WHT member that went with them and posted one good experience about them ... Anyway, I was once pissed off with the tech guys since he claimed to have OC3 connectivity with 45 mbps. OC3 with 45 mbps? In turns out that the tech guy was insisting that OC3 = DS3 (ye right). Not a big problem, but if a tech guy did not know the difference between OC3 and DS3, will he be able to know the other more important things? Anyway, I was not really satisfied with them having only DS3 connectivity... Otherwise, their prices are really awesome... Huge setup fee is their downside...
cheers,

You mean you never heard of a T-2 ? Remember he was sent back in time to protect john from the T1000.

umm...like jinx and stuff :).
To get back on topic. I am not famliar with ecui.com, however the prices sound good for a Windows 2000 Dedicated server!
But there actually is a T-2 standard. Approx 6Mbps, IIRC.
The fact that nobody sells it is irrelevant :)
T-1 -> 1.544mbps
T-2 -> 6.312
T-3 -> 44.736
T-4 -> 274.176mbps
OC-1 -> 51.840 mbps
OC-3 -> 155.250 mbps
OC-9 -> 466.560 mbps
OC-12 -> 622.080 mbps
OC-18 -> 933.120 mbps
OC-24 -> 1.244 gbps
OC-36 -> 1.866 gbps
OC-48 -> 2.488 gbps

Have you looked at weinbar.com? They also have a windows2000 dedicated server... More expensive though, but ask them what microsoft products are included.
