He wants a dedicated server along the lines of a Rackshack Celeron server, but can't get one from RS because they are sold out.
He would like someone to recommmend a place where he can high bandwidth and low or no setup fee.

sure is.. if you translate something from like english -> spanish then take the results and translate it back into english it doesnt come out close to what you said

I saw at RS that they have only ONE Ensim Intel Celeron 1.3GHz server left! May be you can use it! (hope this is close of what you asked for..)
