My friend has a ***** server, it is up most of the time, and super fast every second it's up.. But what i dont understand is, once a day, it goes down, completely dead, for about a maximum of 30 seconds. But usually only 10-15. I dont understand why, ***** says that every server on the network stops/freezes/dies everytime their "name servers update"

I don't understand this, at all.

Anyone ever hear of something like this? where servers just die/stop/freeze for a certain amount of seconds once/twice a day because "name servers are updating"? ?

If anyone knows more about this please tell me, if anyone thinks that ***** is making no sense when they say that let me konw

Well, if their servers die every time their name servers update, I would find out who set them up and fire their butts quick!

That doesn't make sense unless they are sharing the same IP numbers across the network someplace.

I could understand that domain resolution wouldn't work for that period of time.
