Well tear me apart on this people, the site is way beta so there are things that suck, and the navigation doesn't work so please check out all these directories though and give me ideas. Thanks. Oh and if your using netscape 4 that's just tooo bad.

I like the overall layout, looks pretty simple and functional.

Two things I don't like all that much:

I think the company information on the first link looks crowded, maybe better in the right column?

Gray on gray text.

Your support page seems to have a different typeface which looks a little odd.

Hmm, pretty nice site otherwise though. I'd probably do the header a little different. Change the logo into something easier to see, and maybe a little more memorable, and lose the cute girl on the right. She seems a bit tacked in there and draws away from the rest of the page.

Shows a lot of promise though

Not a bad site, but as akashik said the font on the support forum is different. He is also right about the girl on the right... first thing I looked at was the girl, then I looked at the rest of the site... then I was distracted by the girl on the right again... and looked back at the site... and you know what????!?!!?!?! That damned girl on the right made me look at her again! Blasted girl on right!!

If you want to be really evil to your male viewers make her a fixed background behind all of your text lol :D

Site looked ok in IE 5.5 at 1280x1024 as well as Netscape 6.0

Mike

I wouldn't center that text on the left. On your terms and conditions page and your privacy page, I'd recommend using the same font as your other pages. On your contact page, you use a different font in the left column than you do in the left column on your other pages. It's nice to keep the same look and feel across your whole site, IMHO. I really like it, otherwise, looks very professional.
