Anybody been having problems with 4Webspace.com?

Live in the UK and ftp to a RAQ3.

Using both BtInternet, FreeServe, XO, UUNet etc, took literally hours and hours to download 50mb worth of files.

Running on Win98 Upgraded laptop with CuteFTP.

Never had that sort of issue before, they have been good until recently.

Had a couple of client complaints that they could not view their sites...

Anybody?

I _could_, but I lost my only decent customer and closed the raq last nite!

Seriously: I was only making enough to pay for the RAQ, and when this _one_ person pulled out I couldn't afford this month's bill.

I was sorry to leave them, but I don't think they would have helped resolve the situation.

Now back on god-awful shared hosting which I hate.

Steve seems to be v. busy at this time.

Honestly I was more satisfied with 4webspace a couple of months ago, obviously they have too many customers right now and cannot keep up with the volume - that's what I think (and hope that there are no more serious issues behind the scenes).
