Is Kayako esupport any good? I dont know anything about it. But from what I have seen on the demo and on there hosting sites that use it, it seems pretty nice :)
Anyone here use Kayako esupport?

From what I've seen, the majority of webhosts on this forum who are using Kayako are very happy with it.
Their product supports MTA piping, is multilanguage capable and very configurable.
My only complaint with the product was a cluttered admin/staff GUI.

Cool
Who has it though? I want to check out your website to see how integrated it into your site, how it looks, etc...
thanks,

Jeff,
By cluttered if you meant the top headers that take up some space then I would like to add that we have fixed that in our upcoming release by adding the ability to contract and expand the headers (The logo & the menu). If you meant anything else then please let us know, we are always open to feature suggestions.
HostRiot,
If you wish to check out example urls then you can visit any of our clients listed on frontpage and look for their support pages.

Hey Varun --
It's a great product, you guys have done an admirable job.
I'll PM you my comments rather than thread-jack.
Thanks!
