two sites, please review

MEMPHISDATE:
Site design is user friendly and very simple. Nothing special about it, mostly tables and such. Pages load pretty fast, which is an advantage of having simple pages. Overall, looks alright.

MEMPHISWEB:
I liked this one alot better. Im alittle confused to why you put pictures of the RED HAT MAN and LINUX Penguin on the site though. Its about Memphis right? Not about linux or web hosting. Anyway, the design is cool, but it looks like a rip off of Slashdot (/.) hehe...

Overall, they are ok, dont see anything majorly wrong with them and they dont suck.

well, it is themable and the current theme is a slash theme --- that's inherent in my backend scripting -- thanks for your kind words -- just haven't had time to take the stock grafix and modify them --- ergo, have the computer ones and am using them... for now

am working on making both sites completely xhtml compliant...
