However, I thought in my free time I'd sign up for webhosting companies and post my experiences and a detail log of how they respond to support requests, etc onto a website. Our customers have been turned over to another responsible hosting company, and assisted in moving elsewhere (with a refund) if they did not feel comfortable with the transition.
