Question for both enom, godaddy and other domain resellers?
How much time do you spend on customer support? A long time ago (in 1999) I offered domain and reseller and hosting services. With regards to domain registrations I had customers, some emailing every 5 minutes to check if they got their name and some asking questions like, I do a search in the whois and the domain is still available, give me my money back, I will register somewhere else, and so on. Business was not so good and I was spending more time and earning less and hence stopped doing that.
So, how much time do you spend on these kinds of issues/per customer/per domain?
If I am correct, I think the godaddy reseller program offers full support to end users too but I am not sure.
