What is the correct procedure for terminating a domain name?
Where should I change my name servers to point?
Is there any host offering free domain parking for already registered accounts?

-domain names expire, I don't think they can be terminated.

Where should I change my name servers to point?
-At the web site where you registered/bought the domain name

Is there any host offering free domain parking for already registered accounts?
-You can search the search engines

If its with Networksolutions you can write them a letter and fax it. If its a trademark issue they delete it within a few days.

If it's your own domain, you can cancel registration of it and free it up for other people. You can change your contact information as well, and just keep the domain and either point it somewhere else, or some off the wall, invalid place.

What do you mean, where should you change your name servers to point? Do terminate a domain? No need, just cancel it at the registrar, they will have instructions on how to do it. Do you want to "move" the domain, or cancel it?

Free parking for already registered accounts? I'm not sure I'm making much sense of your post. You mean, a registered domain? If you don't mind banner ads, you can use a free host like virtualave.net or maybe hypermart, if they aren't already combined. Of course, there might be some other places to park it, for free without banner ads. So, do you want to move it, park it or cancel it? All this information is available on the registrar's site, I'm sure... and it depends on what registrar you're dealing with. If you don't want a domain, either cancel it, or just don't pay the renewal fees and let it expire.
