Has anyone here had troubles trying to cancel an imHosted webhosting account? I have yet to get a response from them regarding my cancellation request and it seems that my account is still active. Anyone have any suggestions?
This company is nothing but trouble.

Yep. Followed that policy.
Got no response in a day, so I sent another request.
It seems to be pretty typical of their support department to either ignore requests for support or reply to them very, very much later.
