![]() | View Full Version : hostcharge down again.... Akash 10-09-2002, 10:37 PM down for me...can anyone else confirm? Pawn 10-09-2002, 10:44 PM Not working from here either.. This isn't good.. -ryan NodeHost 10-09-2002, 10:55 PM Nope, down and I asked them 24 hours ago by thier "super fast support" as to where my wire was that was supposed to take 3 days, now over 7, and no answer. epitomized 10-09-2002, 11:00 PM I pondered starting this thread . . . But decided to hit refresh over and over and over and over again . . . with no luck. :bawling: JustinH 10-09-2002, 11:08 PM Let me go ahead and say it: "The main HostCharge site was down for <ENTER EXCUSE> however, the control panel and processing computers did not go down." Akash 10-09-2002, 11:10 PM hmph....how do i access the control panel by bypassing the main site??? NodeHost 10-09-2002, 11:12 PM I am sooo glad we have went with Wells Fargo as a actual merchant account, but at the same time.... I want to know how to access my money transfer when they are down, and they took all their phone numbers (except for the fax) off thier site!!! Sorry, I am rambling I know, but just a little upset that I have to wait 30+ days for the money to free up, then have to wait forever to get a wire that was only supposed to take 3 days (only takes Fargo 24 hours....) JustinH 10-09-2002, 11:35 PM https://secure.debitaccess.net/mcc/hc/login.php HostCharge is becoming more of a liability then useful. Probably open an account with 2CO or Revecom... NodeHost 10-09-2002, 11:39 PM Do research with that little "search" button before choosing 2CO over revcom, or either for that matter. It is almost worth the 10-20 bucks a month for your own merchant account anymore with the way PayPal, 2CO, now Hostcharge, and others have become. neufusion 10-10-2002, 12:16 AM They were also down a couple days ago, not a good thing. epitomized 10-10-2002, 12:24 AM Who would have thunk it? Back up, with no problems . . . Comphosting was right -- MCC was still operational. |
