Whats the better choice?
Raq's are going for about 99$/month for a reasonable one... 50Gb/s bandwidth
20Gb/HD
128Ram

Which are better in terms of webhosting? I know you get a control panel on the RAQ's but havent really experienced them.
Heard some things dont like running on a raq too?

Just really want to know peoples experiences etc with them both.

Cheers

Well, for a webhosting company, I'd say a regular linux box would suit you better than a RaQ would. RaQ's aren't that good with CGI, and their end-user control panel leaves much to be desired. You could install WHM and CPanel on a linux box, which would work much better for your clients.

The RaQ's would work if you don't have too many sites with CGI scripts or databases. RaQ's do well with static html pages but tend to slow down when you get a number of scripts. As for the control panel, it's functional but for the end users it may be a bit confusing.
