can i trust them they are cheap with there prices ??

What are you thinking of? Colocating your server or getting a server from them? Anyway you go, you would likely be required to purchase tons of bandwith from them (which might work fine for you, but not for some people). For example, to colocate my server it would be free, but then I would be needed to buy 500GB of bandwith to get the $1/GB charge for the data transfer (imagine if I only use 100GB of it). I talked to them about this and they were willing to go for a minimum of 150GB at $2/GB... Well, definitely colocation would not work for me since I can get a price around $2/GB (with $30 of rack charge) and without/little bandwith minimum to purchase.

Same goes for their free dedicated servers. The servers would be free if you purchase 200GB of bandwith (at $1.5/GB, pretty cheap) continously for 20 months (for a total of $6000). If you go less than 20 months, you wont get the server. Well again, depending on how much your bandwith requirement, their deal might just work great for you.
