I have a raq3 and tried to install webcp. It is great programm, but because it is still in development stage it isn't compactible YET with a raq.

The maker of the script (Félix) will make a patch that will convert all clients from the raq to his control panel. You will also need some extra files and new versions of programs to let it run properly (for instance it requires Apache > 1.1.13).

I don't know or VishwaKarma will run, haven't tried yet.

In a couple of weeks Smarthostingtools will release their product for the raq. Though I think that it will take much longer. It also cost a bit more $ 750,=


If anybosy knows control panels which are compactible with a raq (3) please let us now!

I don't think Smarthostingtools is a good program. Fort a couple of months they said that they would release some software in february, then they said it ould be march and now they even don't release it.

So I think Smarthostingtools isn't a good company.

Smarthostingtools is a good company and good software and i would realy love it if someone from there company would send me the RAQ3 version so I could test it ;-)

What I Would Like To Know Is That Wether This WebCP can be used with Cobalt RaQ3 servers or Not because It Looks like a preefct alternative for the cobalt control panel !

It Would Be Apricated To Hear From Félix C.Courtemanche about webcp's compatibility with RaQ3 servers !

It can be used on a raq when it's stable. But I don't know when Félix will release a stable version.

I believe Félix said to me that he is now on holiday for 2 weeks. So he will get back within 2 weeks.

Once the cp is developped to arround version 1, backward compatibility and easy upgrade from RAQ to web.cp will be included. I expect it to be fully compatible and will provide easy upgrade from the first to the second.

I will be doing it or our own RAQ servers, thus it will be available to everyone else as well :D

Can You Also Tell Me That wether this web.cp will be only a client-end Control Panel or will it also have server's admin's end panel ?

No problem, such things happen. (even to me :D (sometimes))

The cp has built in:
personal cp
domain cp
reseller cp
server cp

and in the future, central cp will also be included, allowing people to manage multiple web servers from only one cp... usefull to monitor, add / remove accounts, etc.

I am building it with security and ease of use and with as many features as possible.

I don't suggest any serious use or interest in it until it reaches version 1 though :)
