My #1 priority is fast loading speed, would pair.com be a good choice for shared business hosting?

AT&T - OC-3c (OC-12c pending)

Allegiance - DS-3
e-Xpedient - Fast Ethernet (formerly Yipes!, in use with PitX)

Recently they have cut the UUnet OC-3c and replaced it with other lines.
