Hmm, it took 18 seconds to load on my aDSL. It's very slow loading for DSL.

As for design, I think the blue is too strong.Hmm I am not sure at all but something is bothering me when I am looking at your site. Something is missing... or needs to be changed.

The home page looks good... it loaded very fast for me. The one thing I really didn't like about the home page is that the links look identical to the static text. You should make the links a different color (preferably the default colors) and underlined so that people don't have to work so hard to figure out where to click.

All-caps in those headings on the left isn't really a good thing. There are better ways to emphasize text. Good rule of thumb: if it's considered yelling in an email, don't put it on a webpage. I'd go with a white background, and some of your stock art is a little fuzzy around the edges. They'd look better if they had cleaner lines. That frame at the top eats up a good bit of real estate, you might want to just put that in a table and scrap the frames altogether. Nice job with the curved edges framing your text - that's not easy to do.
