I was fooled by their exceptionaly quick email respons, asked a sales question and recieved an answer within an hour. To my surpise, recieving answers/responses via their support department was a different story. I gave up after waiting 4 days, just a simple question about what extension to use for my PHP pages. Cancelled my account about 2 weeks in to the deal, and had experienced enough downtime for a year also.

Based on my experiences with them, I would definatly advise you to choose a different host.
