In Europe you can forgot such Prices like in the USA or Canada. Price-Example: In Switzerland I did not found anything under CHF 100.-- (~ USD 60.--) per Gigabyte Traffic.

The only possible what you can get for this Price is a RAQ in a US- or Canada-NOC; see Rackshack.net or 4webspace.com.
Why do you need it in Europe, in the US/Canada are very much NOCs who have great Connections to Europe; Example: Above.net (http://www.above.net/images/map_world.jpg) !

I think we in Europe need 5-10 Years to have such a (Price)Status like now in the US/Canada :bawling:

In the netherlands the cheapest one is 5 guilders (+/-$2) a gb data. But If you use around 400 gb a month the pice will go down around 3/4 guilders (+/- $1.5).

Further more a dedicated in Europe will be a lot better then in the US, because there are more hops to take and the host are lower then in Europe. You can connect with an europian host in 30 ms and one in the US,is most of the time 300 ms.

Further more all backbones from the US to Europe are becomming full. :angry:

The one for $2 a gb is www.nxs.nl I don't know if they speak English, but I suppose so. And @ www.silverpoint.nl you can get a leased line, so that Data will be around $1.4 a gb.

Personally I'm going to colocate @ www.nxs.nl They have a nice colo with all facility's :) But I'm dutch so they can understand me :D
