I want to accept payments via credit cards. I found this company http://www.ecenow.com from the net.
They are charging 2.39% plus .30 per transaction. All the transcations are done on there secure server and they take 14 days for the setup.
Is there any company which can give me better deal than http://www.ecenow.com
Please tell me if anyone have any exprerience with this company.

I have never heard of them before, however I haven't been actively searching these forums for billing things so it may have slipped by me. I did see on their site they have a $10 month 'support and statement' fee. If you didn't see that before, you may want to investigate farther to bring out more possible hidden costs... sometimes merchant accounts are notorious for this.

Personally, if you are just starting out. Something such as http://www.revecom.com or http://www.instabill.com might work out better. It's not a 100% merchant account so you lack some of the benefits of one such as being able to enter in manual orders. With these two, all of the sales require the customer to enter in their information. Revecom offers recurring billing which comes in handy, I am not sure if Instabill does too but I think so. Both of these involve you linking your website to their secured servers and when the customers card is approved they are forwared to a link on your website that you provide to complete the order.

Support wise, although not needed often, Revecom has been great. I have seen several posts recently regarding slower support times through Revecom but I have not had any of these problems. Setup was Ok, a one time $50 fee and you have to fax them a signed application and mail it after you are finished. They do have a $1 per transaction fee which might seem a bit high but if you figure about $25-50 a month just for 'statement' fees and so forth with a real merchant account it's really not all that bad... at least until you are billing for 100's of accounts per month.

wow.. there pricing does look good..

What are the hidden cost of payment gateway.
I sent many emails to ravecom for the payment gateway. But they had bad experience from south east asia and middle east so they don't provide this service in this region.
As far as instabill is considered they are very slow in service.
Do you know any company which is better than these two then let me know
