Any body know of a credit card processor that allows you to se the base prices in different currencies such as IR£ or euros

Have you looked here? They have a converter it might be a solutions to what you are looking for.

well i am currently with revecom but all my prices must be set in US$ the only problem is that when i try to sell products over the phone here i have to quote in IR£ the only problem is the exchange rate goes up and down all the time and if i quote them one price by the time they got to my site to pay the price is changed

i like the look of worldpay but it costs an arm and a leg
