I keep getting this Perl.exe error on one of our Win2k servers ot sure why. It seems to be working ok but gives this error all the time keeps poping up.
Perl.exe - application Error
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click on OK to terminate the application.
THis is with ActivePerl-5.6.0.623
Any ideas would be great it started this problem. I have also reinstalled it but that did not seem to help.

Thats what i ment by ( I have also reinstalled it but that did not seem to help.) I was talking about perl.
It has worked fine for months and now just started. It seems to work ok just pops up a windows all the time and is a pain in the ass when it pops up 20 times to close it. I have never seen this before so i am kind of out on this one.
All the other servers are setup the same way and never a problem and this one was fine till 3 days ago.
I am lost..LOL

Good point. Now i just have to search over all the sites to see who is doing it. If made a log each time would help but it is not putting anything in to the NT log any where not sure if perl keeps a log of errors or not that may tell me the folder with the file making the error.
