No Setup Fees.
2 - 5 Pop 3 Email accounts

I am currently with VO; however, I only use like 2 MB of space and 10-30 MB of bandwidth a month. My primary use of my domain is for emailing purposes. I hate hotmail, etc. I am willing to pay around $20 USD a year. http://www.34sp.com have the exact features and price range I desired; however, I would like to know if there are any other hosts.

What are you e-mailing?

I can do that for you... I have a server with interserver (so you get your cpanel) and I have tons of bandwith to spare... but I might only be able to give you 500MB of data transfer/mo... Concact me if you are still interested
