Will I ever find a reliable good host, that has a good rep? Or will there always be someone of somekind of host always complaining? (i guess so...)

with a domain name,
and something that supports Dreamweaver/Flash.

$8 for the domain name and $2 for the hosting? and reliable, hmm I think your pushing it a FAIR bit :D

However if I am mistaken and that's monthly, you should have no problems (depending on your diskspace & bandwidth requirements)

Dreamweaver uses FTP to transmit all data, provided the host has a server hooked to the internet (and powered on!) you should have no issues.

As for $10: I'd hope that's a monthly rate, post in Web Hosting Requests and you'll find anywhere from reasonable to drug dealer.

Anything between 200 and up in megs is fine...

And at least 5gigs of bandwith a month...

Well to find out what is reasonable and what is drug dealer you could:

a. surf the web for plans that fit your specs and see how much they all costs
b. post in the requests forums, get all the offers and take the average and in all likelihood, that would be the reasonable price.

However, you seem to have a budget. I would suggest you not waste your time going through ever webhosting provider on the net and just post in the requests forum. Chances are you'll get some nice offers.

For around $10 a month its quite hard to find a place that will offer a domain name, 200 MB of disk space, 5 GB's of transfer and offer a reliable service.
