We have a hosting account in BRAVIDIO.COM and pay the annual fee. They are reliable server and have uptime guarantee. After few months we have decided to transfer to other hosting provider and ask for a refund of the remaining months.

I contact them via email and they promised to refund, but until now they did not refund it.

I contact them again and never hear from them.

Needed your advise about this concern.
