The active monitor message light is blinking in my control panel. It says

The Domain Name System (DNS) has not been responding since Fri Mar 2 22:45:11 2001 CST.

Can I fixed this? Does this have anything to do with the fact that I am using the tera-byte DNS control panel?

Your RaQ is telling you that it cannot resolve it's name. Check your network settings under the control panel to see if the dns entries for TB are correct.
