First of all this may turn out to be a survey, and If it is I apologize to the moderator's ( and anyone who may be offended).

When it comes to remote server administration, there are a variety of ways to do this:

1) Commercial software (PCanywhere, Remotely Anywhere
etc.)
2) Web based administration ( such as CGI, ASP, or HTML)
3) Command line for the hard core Unix user's
4) VNC ( a java based virtual host)

I recently recieved a program called NetOP https://www.crossteccorp.com). Based a solely on the information from the brochure and website, this appears to be a good piece of software. Speaking from a remote support point of view, Would this type of software be acceptable to a Webhosting provider as a solution to support for it's client's? ( I don't mean that the client would use this software, rather a support provider would have this access to solve a client's issue on behalf of the Hosting provider.)
