I visited cpanel.net, and the mailing list there doesn`t seem to exist anymore. Is there a forum or another list about Cpanel?

For Cpanel support, you should contact your distributor. If they don't know the answer, then they will send it to us.

If you're looking for a support 'community', you might consider checking out the hostcoalition.org forums, as they have devoted an entire section to Control Panels.

Also, the mailing lists are still active. You can access the devel list at:
