Does anyone of you know where I can get Linux(other) server images like those that are on the efreeservers.com site. I`ve also seen those images elsewhere.

Try the website of your hardware vendor; they will usually have pictures of the machines that they sell. Ask them if it would be alright to borrow some of the images that they have.

Or you could do what a lot of other companies do... buy a photo cd with pictures of servers on it. The images on the CD are royalty-free, so you don't have to show copyright information or get their permission to use them.

Well some are at my house, or at hp.com, or compusa.com

So is it a chance that I can use the manufacturer`s images on my site if I ask them? I looked on the Dell site and they said it couldn`t be used commercially only personal. Am I using it commercially if I sell hosting service on my page and not images?

:D I`m asking the same thing in that thread Chris. I just don`t see why it should be so hard to get some good updated images of some rack servers. well, I`ll find something else.....
