I am seeking to sell server/data center hardware through an affiliate program. I am not seeking a resellers license I want a simple affiliate program. Anyone have any suggestions.

I'm not sure what you mean by a reseller's license. With our company, anyone that buys our products is qualified for a reseller's discount upon their second purchase such as this chart shows:

http://www.fastservers.net/partners/basic.shtml

This allows for purchases to be made only after the reseller's customer has placed an order with them. Co-location works the same way. I'm sure that many more companies besides ours offers this.
