Well first, do your current customers have access to a control panel for their accounts? If so, you may want to send out a notice to your clients that you are upgrading the server they are on, and the new servers will have a slightly different control panel.

Start setting up at the new host during this time. Then it is just a matter of moving everytyhing over slowly and making sure your clients are aware of the exact times, so they can adjust things like cgi scripts, set up email boxes, etc. I'd suggest that they do not change nameservers at the registrar until they are fully set up.

Important. Do not rush the move. Move a few accounts over to the carefully picked new reseller and evaluate their SUPPORT. Then move over the rest gradually.
