I can just say next time don't give him the money back...or better yet try reporting him to paypal...I've always gotten my money back when somebody tries to scam me (happend once and it worked like a charm to get my money back)...and considering his sit just says blah blah blah and test test test...I doubt he'll be in business after a month ;)....unless his address isn't is1337.net

Sorry to hear this. In general, you should be very careful on the web - there are many evil people who seem honest.

I think releasing your template for free is an interesting way of getting back at him. (not sure if it works though) You should also declare this template to be legal for anyone to use except is1337.net.

You should also post the text of the website in this thread. This way, people can refer to it, and maybe google will pick up on it, so people who search for this guy's domain name will see it.

This is, of course, assuming that everything you said is true.

Want more problems? I'll get my lawyer and my Servers Host into the sitution. When you DDOS somone dont do it in a way where your ISP is shown..... First of all, You ISP shows all over the attack logs, Second of all Im pretty sure my Host has allready contacted your ISP about this.

I know i had to have my Host call there ISP and have them block most of the packets coming from his ISP at there routers.

Anyway I can care less what you guys think. I just think it will be sad if you beleave a 14 year old boy over a 22 year old who works for intel.

Well, seeing that I'm not that big with Intel, I'd say this doesn't make any difference.

However, as for this entire thread, Sergeant just made himself look like a fool by sending that e-mail. Personally I'd keep it and show it to a lawyer if he doesn't back off and just go away.

C'mon...I think the FBI have alot bigger issues on their hands, and dealing with a 14 year old or his parents for sending a stupid email would just be a waste of time a resources.
