While searching for a low cost server I found a directory which specializes in low cost ones. They have a below $99 section. This must be a new site since I did a search for them on WHT but no mention of them.

It is me who actually maintains http://www.saburovo.net listing of under $100/month dedicated server plans. So far I have found 8 companies who already came up with such plans, and I am watching dozens more. I finally got my own dedicated server (with RackShack, by the way) and now http://www.saburovo.net (which is still hosted by Hypermart) is also known as http://www.99servers.com You may use either one - saburovo.net will migrate to 99servers.com in time.

99servers.com is the only site so far on a whole dedicated server so it works really fast. I plan to move to PHP + MySQL from Perl + flat DB in future.
