I cannot forward a message to two addresses using Forwarder by listing as
support@joeswebhosting.net -> joe@suzuki.email.ne.jp
support@joeswebhosting.net -> ichiro@suzuki.email.ne.jp

The Forwarder includes bugs?
Or any other method to forward to two addresses?

I just tried that with Cpanel5 build 180 and it worked fine.
When I set up the forwarder, I did it in the same motion.
Given your example addresses, it was like support@joeswebhosting.net -> joe@suzuki.email.ne.jp;ichiro@suzuki.email.ne.jp
