I am from a small web hosting firm, RN Web Design & Hosting, and we have been having some trouble with Tech support and Customer Support. We would like to add some more people to our techincal support and customer support team to help current clients out with problems and questions. We need someone who will work less than acouple hours a day and basically answer some emails and fix a few bugs and/or small problems. You would also have to provide some chat support.
