Can VoIP connect two average(Traditional) Phone's?
There's a lot of Click2Call providers, but they mostly need some kind of 'special phone'. I was wondering if it was possible that there wouldn't be a special phone necessary? Is anybody familiar with VoIP?

Yes two traditional phones can be connected through voip .. this is something which is well known as callback.
