Any suggested site for stock photos? Looking for high quality ones, preferrably a subscription rather than a pay-per-photo.

Shutterstock, Dreamstime, and istockphoto come to mind. All have subscription based plans I believe.

For myself, I'm using dreamstime. I always find what I need. IStock is also really good :)

No one mentioned http://www.sxc.hu/ (stock.xchng) which is disappointing. They have almost 400,000 stock images that are free. Many of them have no restrictions at all, some of them require the photographer/artist permission and some simply require notification of how/where you are using the image.

Seems like Istockphoto is the most preferred one :-)

istockphoto has a huge selection and great quality pics. One of the best parts is that you only pay based on the size you need.
